1.I've lost the Coins I've purchased. How
do I get them back?
Occasionally, in-app purchases may fail
when players receive or purchase them just as they are experiencing network
connectivity issues or changes, or when we or our partners experience server
downtime, such as for updates or maintenance.
You can get in touch with us by clicking on
"Contact us" at the bottom of this page and attach the receipt for
your coin purchase in your e-mail. This would have been sent to your Email
address after the purchase, though you can also find it in your Amazon App
Store / Google Play account history.
As well, we will need your Support key,
which can be found on your mobile device attached to the game.
1). Open the app on your mobile device.
2). Go to the in game settings (gear
symbol).
3). Find Info and go to Support.
4). The key will look something like this:
ABCDEFGH.
2. I've run out of credits to play games.
How do I get more?
There are several ways for getting more
coins:
A) Level-up! Each level-up will grant you a
slot machine spin where you can win coins.
B) Don't miss out on your Daily Free Spins:
