missing or not linked correctly.
Settings icon- Link (next to Link Accounts)-Logout-Select an account
If you received the message that you need to create an account or
link an existing account, log in your google plus account and click through the
Create a New Account prompts. This will bring you to your correct account. You
will not lose your progress or items.

I do not have the option to
link Madden NFL Mobile to Facebook.
When you set up your account, you may have entered your age below
the minimum required age for a
Facebook account.
Reinstall Madden NFL Mobile-Enter your correct age-The option to
link to Facebook should appear.
NOTE: If you were playing on an account that you had not linked to
Facebook, you will lose your content when you reinstall. Sign in to Facebook
and your progress will be saved.
3.
My purchased item is not
appearing.
In this case, you may need to exit and restart the game to access
your new content. If that doesn't work, try turning off and restarting your
device.
4.
I cannot purchase items
multiple times.
You can only purchase some items a certain number of times. If you
have reached the limit this number should be red and the button should be
inactive.
5.
I was kicked from the game or
my game froze.
Go in to your device settings and Quit / Stop the app entirely. Be
sure you check your Internet connection, then try to start the game again.
